On the night of 25 October, the Story Bridge and Victoria Bridge in Brisbane will be lit purple and yellow to celebrate the eve of Intersex Awareness Day.

Organisation Intersex International Australia provides policy advice and advocacy for intersex people.
Intersex Awareness Day is held on 26 October every year to raise awareness of intersex and educate the public about intersex people.
This Light Up is organised by Organisation Intersex International Australia.
