Intersex Day

Two video and debate events will take place in Montpellier, to mark a fortnight of intersex visibility between Intersex Awareness Day and Intersex Solidarity Day. The events are hosted by Collectif Intersexes et Allié.e.s and CLEF Montpellier.

On the occasion of the fortnight of intersex visibility, the CLEF Montpellier (Collective of Women’s Student Wrestling) organizes in partnership with the Intersex and Allied Collective (CIA) two events in Montpellier.

The first, on the occasion of Intersex Awareness Day, will take place Thursday, 26 October at 8:00 PM at the bookstore Mauvaise Réputation, in partnership with the CGA Montpellier.

The second, on the occasion of Intersex Solidarity Day, will take place Wednesday, 8 November at 8:00 PM at the Faculty of Sciences of the University of Montpellier (accessible room for people with reduced mobility).

We will project short videos on intersex realities with explanations and testimonials. There will be a discussion with a CIA worker. We will also hold an information table.

A l’occasion de la quinzaine de visibilité intersexe, le CLEF
Montpellier (Collectif de Luttes Etudiantes Féministes) organise en
partenariat avec le Collectif intersexes et allié.e.s (CIA) deux
événements à Montpellier.

La premier, à l’occasion de la journée de visibilité intersexe, aura
lieu jeudi 26 octobre à 20h à la librairie la Mauvaise Réputation, en
partenariat avec la CGA de Montpellier.

Le second, à l’occasion de la journée de solidarité intersexe, aura lieu mercredi 8 novembre à 20h à la faculté des sciences de l’université de Montpellier (salle accessible aux personnes à mobilité réduite).

Nous projetterons de courtes vidéos sur les réalités intersexes avec des explications et des témoignages. S’en suivra une discussion avec une intervenante du CIA. Nous y tiendrons également une table d’info.
