On 26 October 2015, VIMÖ and Zwischengeschlecht jointly submitted an NGO Report to the 6th Periodic Report of Austria on the Convention against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment (CAT).

The report was compiled by Verein Intersexueller Menschen Österreich (VIMÖ) and Zwischengeschlecht. It details a range of human rights violations against intersex people in Austria, and documents issues with current medical protocols and education.
